I'm one of those "GC is shit" -guys. I like C (you were right in this), C++ and Python. I don't like GC, but that does not prevent me from using GC languages. I have made lots of code in Java and C#. I don't really enjoy coding with them though. I guess I'm obsessed with performance. I like Python, even though it's slow as fuck, but I mainly use it for lightweight hacking stuff. GC is shit. So what?
I would try Forth though. I can't see any advantages for that language. Are there any? It's not really used anywhere anymore, is it?

Yes, you are kinda right. I say that "GC is shit" shit just to tease GC lovers. But I really think GC isn't that good.
