Still a somewhat high concentration of stereotypical socially awkward nerds, though. I'm sure that could be intimidating and annoying, especially with the extreme skew of gender ratio.
Hell if I know. All I know is, girls programming in Lisp is sexy as hell, and we need more of it. ;_;
