Alternatives to C++

I'm looking for a language that:
- Does not force garbage collection
- Can be compiled to native code
- Is very efficient to run (cpu and memory)
- Contains features that allow object oriented programming
- Is not C++

Are there any. If not, then I just stick with C++.

But I've heard the standard library of D is unusable if you disable GC. Is this not true?
