New ebook version of SICP

Haven't read it yet, but will, using this new Wizard Book!

On a (small) screen, this version's font is clearer in my opinion.
The notes take too much space.
There's a typo on page 152.
I don't like the new diagrams either.
Page breaks are not distributed strategically.

If I knew T_EX, I'd try fix something myself.
