I'm currently cooking some pre-made frozen chowmein and chicken nuggets because I'm too lazy to cook anything more complex tonight.
I have ingredients for a spicy corned-beef hash with rice and sour cream for tomorrow, and I'll probably get through the rest of the week on soups, rice & beans, and some fruit because I live frugally despite being a well paid engineer.
