You don't know loneliness until you've spent 3 years in near isolation with no friends or contact with family, living off of your savings from your previous job as a software developer.

It's been nice taking it easy, but I don't even feel like a member of the human race anymore.

You never were one. We are gay autistic little girls, and you're no exception.

Talking about loneliness I was seriously considering marrying this Chinese chick I met online. I've known her for almost half a year and has visited her twice in Beijing before, and she seemed normal enough, so I asked her to come visit me and she agreed.

She lives in Beijing and claims to be terrified of travelling alone, so I had to fly myself all the way to Beijing, and bring her back.

I set her up in my apartment in Shenzhen, and all seemed ok for the first few days. Only weird thing is she claims to have quit her job in Beijing "for me", I was surprised she quit her job but I said thats cool whatever. Also to make her happy, I bought her a tablet(no, not a fucking iPad) so she can play Angry Birds at home when I'm at work.

The original plan was to have her stay for a month, so we can "know each other" better. But after around a week, she suddenly says she has some sort of family problem. Something involving a car accident, or lawsuit, or whatever, she never explained it very well. Basically she asked me for about $3000 USD (which is a lot by poor chinkman standards), to help her "family". I told her I didn't have the cash, and then she starts giving me a guilt trip, I told her I still can't give her the money, and things started to get weird as she was saying things like "if you give me the money I'll do anything you want." I still refused and she says fine I might have to go back to Beijing sooner to "take care of stuff" at home.

It was around this point that I also discovered a weird txt message on my phone that she sent me, but was obviously intended for another guy. I confronted her about it and she said a friend was "borrowing" her phone to txt her bf, and that I shouldn't be so suspicious.

Anyways things went downhill from there and I thought the best thing was for her to leave ASAP and she thought so too. Mind you, up to this point I have not laid a finger on her and I have already bought her tons of clothes and other junk. She claims to be having that "time of the month".

I told her she can pack her bags and leave at her earliest convenience but then she starts crying and says she has not enough money for a plane ticket. Then I said ok I'll buy you a ticket then she says since she quit her job she doesn't have money to support herself and that it's my "responsibility". To cut to the end of the story, on the day she was supposed to leave she wouldn't step out of the door and threatened me with physical violence unless I gave her $500 cash. I gave in just to get her the hell out of there.

I had thought about calling the cops but realized I was out of my element here in China. She knows how things work here much better than I do, and I didn't want to take any risks.

So now I'm about $2000 poorer (figuring in all the plane tickets, gifts, etc)....and still alone.

The lesson in all this? I shoulda stuck with hookers.

That's what you get when you deal with 3D pigs. Asians are no different.

Realistic robotic waifus and meidos couldn't get here sooner, it'll make 3D pigs obsolete.

The US Government is due to establish a Federal Programming Administration (FPA) over the next few weeks. During this time, government officials will be screening individuals for administrative positions and will be laying the groundwork for guidelines which all software companies will soon be required to follow.
Under these guidelines, all computer code will be required to meet a level of quality. "Obviously, there is a lot of code in the market already," explains government technical expert Ryan Jennings. "Thus, the FPA will only screen software by a complaint-by-complaint basis." Jennings goes on to describe a couple of the guidelines. "In the future, programs will have to start up in less than a couple of seconds. The programs themselves have to be programmed in one of the many enterprise languages which are widespread in use, such as Java, VB.NET, and PHP. Remember, a positive user experience is everything here and the FPA will ensure that it happens."
US Congress is due to pass a set of laws in the future which will halt the distribution of computer software deemed "low-quality" by the FPA. According to Jennings, "The goal here is to lower and eventually eliminate the already high amount of poor quality software. Top issues in the agenda include the elimination of functional programming, a sub-par programming practice, and particularly open-source software. Open-source software is seen as destructive to the economy so we already have plans to ban its production." The screening process is estimated to be completed in a few days. "It's only a matter of time, but I'm certain this is going to work out. I really see a bright future in the computer industry."
