Text syntax

Can someone tell me how to get formatted text in my /prog/ posts/threads?

[b] Bold
[i] Italicize
[o] Overline
[u] Underline
[s] Strikethrough
[m] Monospace
[sup] Super^script
[sub] Sub_script
[/code]

You can also use [o] [o]
to multi-line quote [code][/o][/code] [/o]

I think there is also a [#] but I forget what it does.
