L is for Losers who aren't content with their own lives and feel the need to tell everyone else how to live!

ALSO, if you're going to go the route of a scientific despot, you're going to have a problem with retards killing each other (and you) if you remove religion entirely. They need the poorly-written stories telling them they will get time with the Sky Daddy if they're good, and the promise of an afterlife makes them think subservience in this life isn't that big of a deal. Even if you've already 'gained control', taking away their story books could be problematic.
