Scheme?

Why does everyone here love scheme so much?  Why fp in general, and why not ocaml/sml or haskell?

Also does everyone use racket or something else?

the problem with scheme is that it's incomplete and that the culture is anti-standardization.

So everyone has his own object system, his own way of getting around the ridiculous restrictions on macros, etc.
