C# Image class being a fag

Can somebody explain to me what i need to do to call

Image newImage = Image.FromFile("SampImag.jpg");

.FromFile or for that matter any function/method in the Image class seems to be non existant. NOW WHY THE FUCK IS THAT?

Isn't Image an abstract base class or some shit and you have actaully use a Bitmap class or something
