the reply column is meant to take up half the page, the max title length is configurable through macro.pm and the blank spot is kind of a moot point. As for the posts, that's because I had to delete the database a few times because I added new fields and stuff

I'd also like to point out that the strange layout is just a CSS theme, you could easily emulate the look of this board or futaba by changing it
