this error that states : This setup executable has not been packed with files and settings. Please use PACKER tool to build this executable

I'm trying to set up Visual Studios 2008 C++ to work with Torque 3D

well i know programming for flash AS3,Unity java,html, and i haven't done c++ in 2 years so setting it up is a little hard, i never said I was the best programmer, shit i consider myself a novice compared to some people i know. And the guy hat owns the company, owns like 3 more as well. I'm sure he asked me to use torque as he is considering making a sidescrolling platformer.
