I just exercised for 60 minutes, running in two phases: I accelerated until my heartbeat reached 150 bpm, and then I decelerated until my heart slowed down to 120 bpm, and then did it again and again.  Endorphins just kicked in yo.

Will I be able to learn more from SICP if I'm physically more fit (like the Sussman)?

I haven't exercised in 3 years. Sometimes, when I stand up to go get something to eat, I get a sharp pain in my chest that subsides immediately.
