SICP Translations

Is SICP only available in English? I believe Satori should be available to people of all nationalities and all languages!

Now that the North-American universities caught retardation and use Java in their CS programs, maybe SICP will have better penetration in other countries -- I'm thinking of France, Germany, Russia and China.

What's wrong with using Java in a university?  It's a language that nearly every programmer would have to learn at some point.
