1. Decompose previous successful memes into human reward structures
2. Recompose reward structures into new meme and/or variation
3. Identify heavy propagators
4. Dispatch to 1 propagators
5. Use analytics to measure success (number of humans reached)
6. Goto 4 until x propagation has been calculated

It would be interesting to know the value of (x), I'm guessing it relates to degrees of connection.
