An idea

/prog/ can have custom avatars too like Gaia.
You can encode it as code like youtube ID inside spoiler tags.
e.g. [spoiler ]av=IdjKhnvdy33y3k3s[/endtag]
 becomes [Head type ID][Neck/Hand type ID][Torso ID] etc.
Plus extra codes for poses and emotion modes at the end.
Now with some small overhead each post which end in spoiler can be parsed as having an avatar on its left side.
