where to rent a botnet???

Hi!

I heard about underground places on the net where anybody can rent a botnet for a day... I wanted to see how easy it can be.  Where are thoses places? Any links for me?

Not OP here, but I'm personally interested in what IRCs are good to lurk on for actually doing hacking. I've been on a few, but they tend to die out or be filled with fags. Would you recommend any?
