Win7 and VisualStudio 2010 Ultimate problem

Well who wouldn't see that coming? Anyway, I have to use it for project at uni as we are doing asp.net app.

Got a problem: when I'm trying to add .resx files it says "Package load failure" and I can't do shit. It saves the detailed info to the log. And here's second, more important problem: where the hell can I find the damn logs of Visual Studio on Windows 7?
