i work with another developer on a project. the problem is her code sucks horribly. whenever i have something to take care of, i find myself rewriting a ton of her stuff, which pisses her off. everytime i change her code, she gets all bitchy.

how do i be polite about this? how can i change her horrible code into something that isnt shit and not piss her off?

I post with another /prog/rider on a board. The problem is his grammar sucks horribly. Whenever I have something to read, I find myself rewriting a ton of his stuff, which pisses him off. Everytime I change his sentence structure, he gets all bitchy.

How can I be polite about this? How can I change his horrible grammar into something that isn't shit, without pissing him off?
