A question for CS majors

For those of you who HAVE graduated from college....

I'm going into CS, how much am I going to have to deal with in terms of essays?

Graduating next year from UWMad in CS and I haven't written an essay since my first year's communication requirement.  I've written pages and goddamn pages of proofs, but never anything that didn't specifically reward brevity.
