When programmers aren't needed anymore and we just tell robots to do the programming? If I were you guys I'd be scared for your jobs. If you don't have a job, then these robots would make your existence pointless anyway.

Wouldn't any ``Strong AI'' incapable of emotion qualify? Even a human with a damaged Amygdala could qualify. Of course, both the human and the AI could probably learn to emulate emotional behaviour, but that would not mean that they experience "genuine" emotions.
