Your obsession with Xarn is taking on unhealthy proportions, elliott.

These threads are becoming repetitive, with the five of us only playing one or two people each. I think we need to invent some new characters. I'll start. How's Samuel sound? He likes Clojure and Node.js and has a long past with PHP. He is a JEW and has not read his SICP, but really liked HTDP.

More Xarn would be good too. If /prog/ had even a hundredth the Xarn people like >>1 pretend it does, maybe the frontpage wouldn't be as shit as it is now.

This is the only Xarn thread on the front page, and it was started by the same basher who has been shitting up threads over the past few weeks. I mean real Xarn, like another challenge thread, or more /prog/scrape graphs.
I usually like Storlek. At least he's right from time to time.
All /prog/ users who identify themselves by consistent pseudonyms or by their real names are pretentious wastes of time. They contribute nothing good to /prog/ discussions, only their interests in creating useless projects and their flawed visions of 'the perfect' programming language.

What's Xarn's perfect programming language? I MUST KNOW!

With the exception of FrozenVoid, none of the named users actually identify themselves with names on /prog/, except very rarely when strictly relevant (apart from Hotaru, because he, like you, doesn't get it).

Maybe he thinks markup languages are programming languages. More likely he's just talking out of his ass.
He could be talking about elliott, but I don't think he's ever pushed his abortion of a language on /prog/.
