Why still shitchan?

Hello, I'm Anonymous, and I'm back from having left some years ago. I see /prog is still using Shiichan and realize about any text board out there is better than this broken piece of shit; why are we still using this? Also, why aren't ancient threads threadstopped so some faggot won't bump them?

You must have come from the imageboards (and, in turn, from places like Digg/Gaia/Reddid). On the text boards, putting sage in the email field is considered polite.
