Mouse script

I need a script that pushes the 4th or 5th mouse key every 5sec.
It should start with a keyboard shortcut and also stop with it.

I also need to know where to save this scrip in win 7

is there anyone who can help me ?

or a good macro programm which does the same thing like in post 1.
