Mouse script

I need a script that pushes the 4th or 5th mouse key every 5sec.
It should start with a keyboard shortcut and also stop with it.

I also need to know where to save this scrip in win 7

but i use opensuse 11.0 and windows xp professional for gaming

the script or programm i want is for a friend which uses win7 on an asus notebook.

i'll be very happy if you could help me.
