x86 Assembly Reference

Hey, I'll keep this nice and short and simple.

I would like to find an x86 assembly instruction reference.

The closest I could find was:

Ok, another question; whats the most efficient linker on windows. MinGW's ld is pretty shitty.

ALINK is bullshit.
VS LINK is also shit.
