Okay, I'm a dumbass and ran this as a .hta

from what I can tell it posts a file on 4chan somewhere and messes with 4chan or something.

Thanks, I'm unable to find even hkcu\ in regedit but I had already removed the .js file from startup in msconfig does this have the same effect?

And yeah pretty much my opinion was I'm stupid and had no idea what it did so I had no problem exactly.

also, didn't realize that you guys had such a hating on imageboard posters.
