Is it possible to have an operating system where everything is sectored off and the operating system remains always untouched with assembly language always running in constant processed recycled data with all interactions like programs all run under emulators which tax constant new supply of resources with all programs running separate from each other since they're all emulations. Basically what I'm suggesting is an operating system that is a giant emulator that runs mini emulators that do not hinder each other with hardware always left intact. Is such an operating system possible?
