The worst language

Which is according to /prog the most useless language out there?

If I have to decide, it's gonna be "mIRC scripting language".
The parser in mIRC sucks monkey balls. I don't know if it's statically type or dynamically typed, because if you get wrong space too much in something like an if statement, you get a syntax error.

I would say PHP as the worst language ever. As for most useless, probably one of the many esoteric languages that are simply copies of Brainfuck.
