itchy neckbeard

my neckbeard is really itchy .. any good ways to make it stop? bonus points if I don't have to get out my chair

Take either of your hands, and with the distal phalanges of this hand make contact with the itchy part of the neck(beard).
Apply a comfortable amount of pressure through the phalanges and move your hand back and forth along the flesh of your neck, perpendicular to both the hand and the line passing through the phalanges.
Make sure the phalanges are still in contact with the itchy area as this back-forth movement will be ineffective if not applied correctly.
Continue until satisfied with the decreased level of itchiness in the neckbeard, then remove the hand from the neck and resume your previous activity.
