a pretentious version of /g/.

You guys think you're hot shit since you can make simple programs and all, but how many of you actually have programming-related jobs? Or how many of you have any job, for that matter?

You can't just dwell in your parents' basement messing around with programming all day.

It's a sad comment on society that employment is now considered the most (or even only) significant status symbol. I'd rather be technically unemployed but working on projects that interest me than running a team of Java monkeys for money.
