Learning Flash in 3 days

I am not sure if this goes here, as Flash is not exactly a language, but I figure this board is a thousand times more useful in these matters than /g/. I need to learn flash for some hasty, basic, animation and have 3 days to do such - can you direct me towards any book or website to guide me?

Create keyframes, draw shit, tween shit. That about covers the basics for fast and dirty animation.
