Hello fellas I have questions. Is there such thing as a pre loading animated gif player for a web site so the gif plays as it should and isnt choppy while it slowly loads?

Seconded. Opera actually makes it so the animated gif starts from the beginning every time you switch to the tab with said gif. Really nice if you don't like coming in to the middle of the animation and having to wait for the beginning.
