Damage has never been shown for psilocybin ("magic mushrooms",) and the evidence against LSD doesn't quite hold water ("flashbacks" are a confirmed phenomena, but are rare and over-hyped; the "LSD gets stuck in your spine" meme is completely false, as are almost all "facts" about LSD).
