If you were competent enough, you could make your own after studying some Windows internals and various public documentation sources such as MSDN and rootkit sites, as well  a large of variety of resources available online. A good majority of current malware, commercial or not, is based on old techniques which are usually years behind the state of the art. That doesn't mean AVs are smart enough to catch them, because AVs suck a lot. However, If you were smarter, you wouldn't consider this kind of business, as there's safe legit ways to make money.
