Did you know, the longer you have Windows installed and the more software you are running on it, a folder called "System 32"
gets filled up more and more with additional files, most of which are being loaded by Windows on boot, slowing down the whole system?
Did you know there is a thing on every one of your hard disks, called an "MBR" in tech speak, that is basically first thing loaded on boot
and the main cause for unneccessarily long boot times? Did you know, by replacing the so-called "MBR", boot times may be reduced to mere seconds?
For both these problems, there is now available a simple solution for anybody to use! It's called Windows Optimizer and is now released
in the brand new version 2010. Delete System 32 and replace your MBR with just one simple click. It's completely free and open source!

Does it require admin rights? If not, this could be a great "optimizer" for openly available computers...

No. Replacing the MBR and deleting System32 obviously does not require administrative privileges.

Fuck sarcasm, you know what I mean. This program possibly could take advantage of some weakness in order to bypass the security measures that, normally, would prevent a limited user from performing these operations. I highly doubt this, but that would make the program pretty awesome.

It takes advantage of the weaknesses in the mind of the average computer user by asking politely whether he'd like to shoot himself in the foot.
