They starve for a reason. They are too many of them and they don't have the collective intelligence to sustain themselves, even on the most fertile lands.
Helping starving niggers of Uganda is just producing more starving niggers in Uganda. I would find that funny, but I can't find a reason to hate those people.

soils in africa are actually quite poor. also as if you have intelligence, will and skill to sustain yourself by yourself or to remake society, you just use what the society you was born in gives you, were you less lucky with the place where you was born you could be one of those uganda kids
