Who do you think was the best, most dedicate, cunning and subversive troll ever?

I nominate Joanne Rowling. To spend about ten years writing seven children books of at least 500 pages each, hook up an entire generation on them, and then casually mention that Dumbledore was gay, "I thought it was obvious, why are you all so agitated?"

Like Yoshitoshi ABe put it, sometimes a child needs to be exposed to negative things to be able to identify it as such. Bash gays but don't erase all evidence of their existence, that kind of thing.
