Whats the most badass piece of software to use for html editiing?

I write all my html in Lisp:

  (body

    (head "Hi /prog/ \(^_^)/")))

which when executed produces:



<html><body><head>Hi /prog/ \(^_^)/</head></body></html>

for the end users to view
