Someone code this countdown for me

Alright, I know this is more of a javascript/php thing rather than programming, but I figured this fit here better than the other boards. If anyone is bored, this is what I'm looking for:

- 3 buttons
- each button starts (or resets) a separate 13-day countdown when pressed (it would be nice if there was something visual for the countdown too, plain text is fine)
- If any countdown reaches zero, an email is sent to my inbox informing me which one it was

We have ready full system specification and ready to develop but need clarification of key points as follows.

Is all countdown and timer expire business logic execute on client side? Or do you wish modular framework wherein client triggers countdown on server side and polls for updates at interval. Please advice on this issue at your best convencience.
