C compiler

Just needed to know what /prog/s recommendation is for a C compiler for windows. I tried using MinGW and it keeps failing to install.

Don't forget that if you have AMD CPU, you're better of with GCC than with Intel C Compiler - or at least it was like that when I last checked.
