I'm trying to make all non-4chan js links green. Any idea what's wrong with the not selector there?

What use are the [code] tags in that post? It's a signle line of code.

And it's by definition programming, since it uses a language to "program" the browser in the way HTML is displayed. Don't come lecturing the Computer Scientist what programing is.
