SWF caos!

Hey guys i'm trying to understand something off this code
can you help me to short it out i need to find and url o a .mp4 or .flv
the swf is on the site with only a parameter which is "?v=1020201"

Hi.  I'm thinking about getting into programming.  So far I've been told Ruby is the best language for beginners.  Is this true?  Do you have any words of advice?
