This is what Redditors really believe.
For all the whining they do about the Atheism subreddit, outside of that (and often in it) atheists almost always get shouted down by appeasers and butthurt theists, usually in the midst of back-patting over how the ones doing the shouting went against the ``groupthink'' and showed courage in expressing a non-atheist viewpoint.
The rampant Ron Paul fanboyism has cooled down considerably since he came out against public healthcare and that's too much cognitive dissonance for even the most desperate idiots to take, but brain-dead libertarianism is very much the norm, too. There aren't as many out-and-out rabid right-wingers as there are on, say, Slashdot, but socialists are a very tiny minority on Reddit.
The self-image Redditors have is completely divorced from reality. They think the rest of the internet sees them as verbose intellectuals, plagued by atheists and liberals, when in fact the rest of the internet doesn't give a shit about them, and they're just a bunch of whiny douchebags.
