Algorithm Design, Goodrich & Tamassia

Can anybody direct me to a PDF copy of Algorithm Design: Foundations, Analysis and Internet Examples? It's the only book for this year's course that I have so far been unable to find on torrent trackers (though Demonoid is still down) & rapidshare searches.
