Is it possible to mod instal from games?

This 4chan.js gave a idea, 4chan have been spammed by that anon BBS from a long time, If we make a file similar to the 4chan.js to spam the anon BBS to death?

Instead of post it there we could just mod instal files from hentai games, other games, softwares and other kind of software so it will be installed with the other files in a way that the original game/software works fine so the user will not realize the modification.

Them, all we need is Torrent/rapidshare it and post it in forums, and boards related to the original file (hentai game in /h/ and hentai forums, game in /g/, etc...)

It's possible to have a binary that is made of two other binaries (that is, if 1.exe is 2.exe + 3.exe, then running 1.exe would run both 2.exe and 3.exe) so you can provide downloads to all sorts of software infected with your crap.
