Anywhere I can ask for programming help?

Because I know /prog/ is going to shit, I refuse to ask for my programming help here, also because right now my language isn't exactly what /prog/ is affluent in, JavaScript and HTML, but that's beside the point. Does /prog/ know of any forums I can go to to ask how to do a program, or to ask if one's possible?
