Anyone ever wonder why C++ isn't called ++C?

Because its a marketing gimmick, the real name was C with Classes.
Marketing drones obviously don't know preincrement vs postincrement distinction.

I can't reply to what you're saying because it doesn't even make sense. Please re-read my messages and note I'm not taking a stand on 'C++: marketing trick or not'.
