Another BBCode question

Name: Anonymous 2009-09-03 20:06

Yes, /prog/, another question about bbcode.

"Hey, [RLO]a retlifdrow t'nseod [PDF]7nymore.
The _CORRECT[RLE][LRO] answer is y' =[PDF] 7_[PDF]

get displayed as

Hey, ‮a retlifdrow t'nseod ‬7nymore.
The _CORRECT‫‭ answer is y' =‬ 7_‬

where

[RLO] = right-to-left override, U+202E
[RLE] = right-to-left embedding, U+202B
[LRO] = left-to-right override, U+202D
[PDF] = pop directional formatting, U+202C."

What does the pop directional formatting tag do? I can't seem to wrap my head around what the fuck it does in tandem with the text reverse tag. Please help, D:
