I always ignored Python, i hated Google and other for using it on servers, i hated the idea of some BASIC lookalike hijacking education, i hated the pythonistas and their ilk.
I hated FIOC and all the Guido-mandated non-sense.
Then in single instant it hit me. I'll will be be as productive as this:

You can use LISP macros to create a DSL which will allow you to express your desire to host a catch-all mail server most concisely. Python will never let you do that.

Also, "peak productivity" such as this is overrated. What matters is the beaty of your code and your long-term satisfaction. Actually, for writing crappy throwaway 20-line scripts Perl is even better than Python, but why would you want to participate in these special olympics, when there is a whole world of complex, elegant, beatiful programs waiting for you to give them reality with your spells?
